Lek Bangkok is Feed’s lifetime ambition, to own and run a restaurant that produces great Thai food in a modern environment. Feed feels that Lek Bangkok has achieved a good combination between East and West.
Feed also feels that Lek Bangkok will open gateways between Gibraltar and Thailand, not only in the food industry but between the people. Feed waits to be able to deliver real Thai food cooker and produced by professional Thai chefs.
Lek, has had a passion for cooking since she was a young girl. Five years in college followed by a six month training period in a hotel started Lek on the road towards her dream; to one day own her own restaurant. She gained most of her work experience through training and employment in some of the best hotels around the world. She also obtained the academic qualifications to along with her experience.
Lek has been around the world following her passion for cooking and gaining much insight into different tastes and cultures. Her cooking mainly reflects traditional dishes of Thailand’s central region, while some dishes blend the flavours of the different regional specialities to create an array of dishes suited to all kinds of culinary preferences.
